INTERNATIONAL

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all EU. merchandise orders (please allow 4-8 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order).
  • FREE Standard Shipping on all Brazil. merchandise orders (please allow 8-20 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order).
  • Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Monaco, Canada：FREE Standard International Shipping on all merchandise orders $200 USD and over.
  • For other regions, please consult international customer service.

    Please note if your order contains a hazmat item, US orders must ship via ground Standard Shipping. International orders must ship DHL/4PX. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. 

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS + DELIVERY TIMES

    Orders must be placed by 12pm ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped ground with Standard Shipping. All U.S. orders always ship Standard Shipping for free—no promotion code needed.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

    For International orders less than $150 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

    All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    In addition to the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia, please contact customer service for delivery conditions in other specific cities.

    • Delivery is approximately 3-7 business days after the time of shipment
    • Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery

    • Delivery will be made by USPS

    STANDARD (DUTY + TAX UNPAID)

    • Delivery is approximately 5-9 business days after the time of shipment
    • Duties and taxes are unpaid, customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery
    • Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information
    • Delivery will be made by USPS.

    EXPRESS (DUTY + TAX PRE-PAID)

    • Delivery is approximately 1-3 business days after the time of shipment
    • Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery
    • Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information
    • Delivery will be made by UPS

    EXPRESS (DUTY + TAX UNPAID)

    • Delivery is approximately 2-4 business days after the time of shipment
    • Duties and taxes are unpaid, customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery
    • Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information
    • Delivery will be made by UPS.

    International Transport(DUTY + PRE-PAID)

    • Delivery is approximately 7- 20 business days after the time of shipment.(Please contact customer service for delivery time in specific cities.)
    • Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery.
    • Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information.
    • Delivery will be made by DHL/4PX.

    PLEASE NOTE

    • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed
    • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays
    • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
    • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

    • Duties and taxes vary by country/region and will be determined during checkout
    • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

    DUTIES + TAXES REFUND

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.

    APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

    All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

    MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

    At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses within the United States, please contact customer service.

    BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

    All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

    Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

    • New Year's Day
    • Memorial Day
    • 4th of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

    TRACKING ORDERS

    When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on Coolifepro.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Customer Service to track your order.
