- Can I Cancel the Order?
If your order page shows "Not Shipped", then you can click Cancel Order directly and Coolife staff will cancel the order as soon as possible.
If the order page shows "shipped", please contact service@coolifepro.com to confirm the order status.
- Something is wrong with my order.
Please contact our support team with details via service@coolifepro.com, they will assist you with the issue.
- I bought 5 cameras, but I only received 3, what should I do? Possible reason:
Your order may be split and shipped by us. When you purchase many cameras, the weight of this order may exceed the maximum weight limit of our shipping channels. Therefore, we will split the order into 2, 3, 5 packages or even more. When you have purchased a lot of cameras and cannot confirm whether your order has been split and shipped, you can contact our official email (service@coolifepro.com) to confirm whether we will split your order for delivery. If you do not receive the remaining packages 7 days after receiving the first package, please contact us as soon as possible. Your remaining parcels may be detained or lost by the customs, you can contact us for specific information.
- Received An Incorrect Item, What Should I Do?
Please tell us the order number and detailed information received, and contact us at service@coolifepro.com. Our customer service team will reply to you within 24-48 hours. Once the customer service confirms that an item is incorrect, we will refund you or send another item (if applicable and available). Coolife will determine whether you need to return the wrong product and will compensate for a return shipping fee after receiving the product.
- Can I change the delivery address of the order? How to change?
Once you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately, because once it is sent out, we will not be able to change the address, nor can we send you another package for free. Contact customer service immediately: send an email to service@coolifepro.com.
- My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
It may be signed by the local post office or by your family or neighbors. You can obtain the latest logistics information or sign for information by querying the logistics track. (Or contact us through our official email service@coolifepro.com , we will assist you in processing)
